Lux is impressive upon entry, but I was truly impressed by the Hydro facial that Abigail gave me. She took the time to sit and get to know me and my skin before starting. She was thorough with her explanation and answered all of my questions with knowledge. Abigail was professional, but also kind and friendly. Senior aesthetician Susan Ciccarrelli is fabulous. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the different laser treatments. I have been to 2 other facilities with very poor outcomes. After 2 sessions with Susan I am thrilled with results!
