Jasmine is a seasoned professional in the cosmetic industry, boasting over two decades of experience. In her critical role at LUX ~ A Medical Spa, she oversees the daily operations of both the Bluffton Office and Hilton Head Office location in Shelter Cove. Since her recruitment from Chapel Hill, NC in 2013 to spearhead the launch of LUX, Jasmine has brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.
In her day-to-day responsibilities, Jasmine not only ensures smooth office operations but also makes executive-level decisions that shape the future of the spa. She is deeply involved in developing treatment protocols and guiding the purchasing of new equipment to enhance service offerings. Jasmine is adept at solving issues that arise for both patients and staff, ensuring a harmonious and efficient work environment.
Additionally, she prioritizes compliance by ensuring that all regulatory requirements and state laws are strictly adhered to. Jasmine plays a vital role in the recruitment and hiring of staff, cultivating a team that shares her passion for exceptional patient care and a supportive workplace.
Having earned her B.A. from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, Jasmine’s career trajectory includes prominent positions with respected brands like Clinique, Laura Mercier, and Nordstrom. Outside of the office, Jasmine cherishes the tranquil lifestyle of the Low Country with her husband, Zack, and their two young daughters. She actively volunteers at her children’s school and enjoys quality time on the water. As a firm believer in the importance of skincare, Jasmine emphasizes the use of sunscreen to protect and maintain healthy skin.
