APPOINTMENTS

We have made requesting an appointment a simple and convenient process via our online scheduler. If for any reason you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, or you will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible at (843) 757-3223.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because our professionals reserve valuable time to help you achieve your cosmetic goals during your appointment, we request a 24-hour notification courtesy for canceling or rescheduling appointments. If a patient has missed more than 2 scheduled appointments, without at least a 24-hour notice, they will be billed a $50 No-Show Fee.

INSURANCE AND BILLING

We do not accept insurance.

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that our providers have all of the necessary information to provide you with the best possible care. Completing your New Patient Paperwork, educating yourself on Pre/Post Care found here, and reviewing our staff page to familiarize yourself with your provider will best prepare you for your appointment. PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept cash or credit cards. We also offer a payment plan with CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
